What I do today
In 2026 I took over Ascendo, an FP&A consulting firm and Farseer implementation partner. We help mid-market and enterprise finance teams move from manual Excel planning to connected, real-time planning: the same outcome as the big enterprise tools, without the enterprise cost and pain. Based in Zagreb, working across CEE, Benelux, the UK and the Nordics.

Where this comes from
I started as a developer, built an agency from scratch, sold it, ran it as part of a listed European group, then led a country operation for a global engineering company. Along the way I’ve sold, hired, delivered and fixed enough projects to know where finance transformations fail: usually in the data and the discipline, not the software.
